↩️ Returns & Exchanges Policy for Zeta Contemporary
Thank you for purchasing art from Zeta Contemporary. Because our prints are high-quality, made-to-order giclée prints, our policy is designed to address issues of damage and errors, while remaining flexible where possible.
1. General Return Policy (Change of Mind)
We understand that choosing art online can be difficult.

Eligibility: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the print must be returned to us in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (i.e., the protective mailing tube or flat box).

Exceptions: Since all prints are made to order, we may deduct the initial cost of printing and fulfillment from your refund total, or apply a restocking fee (typically 15% of the print price), unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Process: To start a return, please contact us at sean@zetaconteemporary.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Damages and Defects (Our Guarantee)
We guarantee that your print will arrive in perfect condition.

Damaged in Transit: If your print arrives bent, torn, or otherwise damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Required Documentation: You must include your order number and clear, high-quality photographs showing the damage to both the print and the exterior packaging (mailing tube or box).

Resolution: Upon verification of the damage, Zeta Contemporary will promptly ship you a replacement print free of charge. You will not be responsible for the cost of returning the damaged item.

Defective or Incorrect Print: If you receive a print that is the wrong size, the wrong design, or has a clear printing defect (e.g., color banding, smudging), contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct, non-defective item to be sent to you at our expense.
3. Exchanges

Size/Design Exchanges: As a small art retailer specializing in prints made specifically for your order, we generally do not offer exchanges simply for a change of mind regarding the size or design. Please ensure you carefully check the product specifications and measure your intended display space before placing your order.

Damaged Exchanges: See Section 2 above; damage results in a free replacement of the same item.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (damage, defect, or incorrect item).
