What type of paper do you use for your prints?
We use high-quality, archival-grade paper with a matte or subtle satin finish (depending on the specific artwork) to ensure excellent colour reproduction and longevity. The weight is typically between 230-300 gsm.

Are the prints limited edition?
Some of our collections are offered as limited edition prints and will be clearly marked as such on the product page. Once they sell out, they will not be restocked. Open edition prints are available indefinitely.

Do the prints come with a frame?
Unless specifically stated on the product page (e.g., "Framed Print"), all prints are sold unframed. This allows you to choose a frame that best suits your style and decor.

What are giclée prints?
Giclée is a term for a high-quality print created using an inkjet printer. It involves specialized pigment-based inks and archival paper, resulting in prints that are vibrant, durable, and closely resemble the original artwork. All our prints are giclée quality.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

How do I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code at the checkout stage. Look for a field labeled "Gift card or discount code" and apply it before completing your purchase.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Since we print on demand, we have a very short window for changes. Please contact us immediately (within 1 hour of placing the order) if you need to cancel or modify your order size or shipping address. Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee changes.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All prints are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for printing and processing. Shipping times vary based on your location:

Domestic (UK): 2-4 business days after dispatch.

How are the prints packaged?
Smaller prints are typically packaged flat in a reinforced envelope, and larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy, protective cardboard tube to prevent damage during transit.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply upon arrival. These charges are not included in your total at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size/weight of your order and your location. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £75.
Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be delighted with your print! If you are not satisfied, you may return your unopened and undamaged print within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us first to initiate the return process.

What if my print arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage to both the print and the packaging. We will promptly arrange for a replacement print to be sent to you free of charge.

Can I exchange a print for a different size or design?
Since all prints are made to order, we generally do not offer exchanges for a change of mind. Please check the sizing carefully before ordering. If there is an error on our part, we will, of course, correct it.
